HeadsUp is a posture monitoring application that utilizes the device's camera or compatible AirPods to assist users in maintaining proper sitting posture. By activating the camera or wearing AirPods, users can engage in posture tracking, which features a unique visual metaphor: users are represented as an animal balancing a watermelon on their head. If the user lowers or tilts their head, the watermelon falls, providing a visual cue to correct posture.

Features include:

 <li>Reminders for low head position, tilted head angle, and neck strain</li>
 <li>Customizable sensitivity settings, allowing adjustments for different activities such as reading, writing, or computer use</li>
 <li>Multiple reminder modes: real voice prompts, frog chirps, and silent notifications to minimize disruption during work and study periods. Apple Watch users may receive discreet vibration alerts on their wrist if preferred</li>
 <li>Sitting reminders to prompt breaks after 40 minutes of continuous sitting</li>
 <li>Integration of a Tomato Clock Timer, allowing users to combine posture analysis with productivity time-management techniques</li>
 <li>Statistics tracking—users can monitor focus time and instances of poor posture over various timeframes. This feature employs iCloud Private Database to ensure that only the user has access to their data, prioritizing privacy protection</li>
 <li>Support for widgets on iOS 16 lock screens and desktops, enabling quick access to daily statistics</li>
 <li>No advertisements or intrusive push notifications</li>
 <li>Offline functionality—no internet connection is required as all processing occurs locally for enhanced privacy</li>
</ul>

 <li>Camera Detection: Requires a device with a front-facing TrueDepth camera (iPhone X or later models, iPad Pro 11-inch or later)</li>
 <li>AirPods Detection: Compatible with AirPods 3, AirPods Pro, AirPods Max, and Beats Fit Pro with spatial audio support</li>
</ul>

The application seamlessly integrates with Apple HealthKit for alerts through the Apple Watch.
